On my last visit to the Kanab Visitor’s center I met this really nice lady at the front. She answered all of my questions, provided me with maps, and even better she provided me with some knowledge. One of the things she provided me, a novice hiker, was a hiking list. I thought I would share it with you all in case you had ever been wondering on what to bring along with you. Let me know if you have any other questions or need to know any other information you need to know.
Another thing I learned, which was taught to me by some older women I met while at lunch at bestfriend’s, was how to find cheap housing while on vacation. Through this website and mobile app called Airbnb. If you plan on traveling but don’t essentially want to stay in a hotel, this website/app lets you connect to verified hosts who rent out rooms, houses, apartments, or villas depending on your location. I had never heard of this website so I was amazed at how smart this app was, and how much more traveling I could do in the future and not have to always stay in a hotel. If you don’t have account with this app or website click here, you can get $25 off of your first trip on airbnb.
